the happiest people in life are those who convey in deep love the things of this earth that the rest of us of us simply glance at...

Well...it's April 1st! And I fooled completely NOBODY...

March Madness:
First of all I do now know that the competition is between COLLEGE teams not NBA teams.
But in my spiritual, scripture reading sense...I came to the realization that
1) reading 18 pages of the Book of Mormon (as bad as this may sound) gives me a HEADACHE!
2) it takes a lot of training to not stop and mark every little thing in the sake of time saving.
&
3) I need to MANAGE my TIME!!! My priorities are straight, or so I thought they were. SOCIAL NETWORKS take up so much time for unworthy accomplishments. if I have learned at least ONE (life enduring, usefull) thing from them is that all they are set up for is to recieve COMPLIMENTS.
"live life in a way you will gain accomplishments [personal strengthening accomplishments]. Not just so will hear compliments."

HOW am I going to do this?!
"When it comes to hating, gossiping, ignoring, ridiculing, holding grudges, or wanting to cause harm to another..."
I will apply the following:
"STOP IT"
(I feel this saying, by next week, will be the most popular saying in the LDS religion!)
But President Uchtdorf is sincere in this truthfully important counsel he has given us.

I love general conference and I am so glad I have the opportunity to watch it in my own home! But sometimes, no matter how hard I try I get:
-Distracted
-Hungry
-Tired
-Bored
-Annoyed of family members
-Writers Cramp
-Really Tired
-Or tempted to do other things.

When really what i wanted was to always:
-Feel the spirit
-Find answers to my questions
-Understand every talk
-Point out quoted scripture mastery verses
-Gain personal revelation
-Take perfect notes
-Sing every song
-Know all the names to the faces of every speaker
-And be inspired to always follow in the Lord's ways
So....
I have made it my goal to relisten/rewatch THREE talks a night! So by the end of SPRING BREAK I will have better understood the whole general conference! I am excited for this task and I know through prayer and peserverence I will be able to complete it and come out of it with nothing but positive results.

I love the Savior, I love General Conference, and I will always testify of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint's perfect truths.

(by the way I only made It half way through 2nephi in march madness...maybe next year??)
